# Vendor and Legal Review

> Public vendor overview and document request guidance for legal, compliance, vendor management, and procurement teams reviewing VitaSim and X-ray Simulator.

This page is for legal, compliance, vendor management, and procurement teams reviewing VitaSim or X-ray Simulator before institutional approval.

Use this page to identify whether your institution can complete vendor review from public information, or whether you need documents from VitaSim. For questionnaires, wire transfer details, tax/vendor forms, sole source information, terms of service, or insurance information, contact [sales@vitasim.dk](mailto:sales@vitasim.dk).

## Public review information

* X-ray Simulator is locally installed educational simulation software.
* The product is not intended for clinical diagnosis or patient care.
* Software access is licensed through VitaSim.
* Technical deployment and security information is available in the linked support documentation.

## Documents available on request

Some procurement and legal documents are institution-specific and are not published directly on the support site. Contact [sales@vitasim.dk](mailto:sales@vitasim.dk) to request:

* Questionnaire responses
* Bank details for wire transfer
* W-8BEN-E or other required vendor tax forms
* Sole source information
* Terms of service
* Insurance information
* Privacy or data processing information
* Institution-specific procurement forms

  For US institutions, W-8BEN-E is commonly used for non-US business entities. Your finance or vendor management team should confirm the exact form they require.
